Project Highlights
- This project is a key site in Middletown’s East End/Renaissance Area located on the east side of I-75 at SR122.
- The City of Middletown established this 1,250 acre area as a priority investment area anchored by the recently opened Atrium Medical Center.
- In 2006, Al. Neyer, Inc. was selected as the master developer and retained Resurgence to author a Job Ready Sites grant application for the City of Middletown. A grant for $2.165 million was received for site development and construction of a LEED certified office building.
- As of August 2009, the site is developed and a 50,000 square foot LEED Silver certified office building (East Pointe Building 200) was completed in early 2009. The building is 70 % leased with Paychex North America occupying 25,000 square feet.
